French designer Anne Fischer graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2016, under the guidance of Formafantasma, Atelier NL and Olaf Stevens.
She believes that in our consumerist society the design practice plays a major role for the future of our planet. She sees the customer as an actor and design as the script.
Considering the world as an ecosystem where everything is inter-connected, Anne has a transdisciplinary approach of the design practice which she uses to develop local solutions to global issues.
Fascinated by the potential of nature and the vegetal, she likes to investigate such fields as science, botanics, ethnobotanics, health, craft and material properties.
She links these fields through a material investigation to reveal significant objects. To get there she processes topics like the well-being of humans and that of our planet.
